Due to declining flows and rapidly approaching summer temperatures we feel that and October visit would be preferable for the Secretary. Irrigation turns off around 10/15, and if the visit was scheduled after that, Secretary would have a shot at a Steelhead, but anytime that month would be a nice time to be on the John Day. We will get you the completed form by next week, and are flexible on the nature of the event and the Secretary's schedule.
