We met with Terry Collum, Field Supervisor for Enerco Operating Corporation. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. EPA previously inspected this facility on 04/15/2025. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted an inspection on the Enerco Operating Corporation / Beauford Armstrong-1, BSU-2, Beauford A-2, Tokio 6-4, 8-1, Armstrong B-2 facility, which consists of one (1) saltwater storage tank, six (6) heater treaters, nine (9) oil storage tanks, and one (1) production well. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the facility, associated signage, production well, saltwater and oil storage tanks, heater treaters, secondary containment, see Appendix 1 (Photograph Log), Photo No. 1 through No. 8. For additional GPS location and photo metadata, see Appendix 1. I observed wood blocks supporting the piping connected to a heater treater, see Photo No. 9. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN EPA Region 6 inspectors Tom McKay, Kerri McCabe, and I held a closing conference with Mr. Collum and discussed the following area of concern at the time of the inspection: The operator uses wood blocks to support piping on a heater treater.
