Ci=r21 Document 47 - Attachment 2 Cvent Registration Speaker Permission Form for EPRI Meetings/Conferences As an invited speaker or presenter for an EPRI meeting, conference, presentation or other event ("Presentation"), you understand that your participation is voluntary, EPRI may desire to photograph, record and webcast you and/or the Presentation, and EPRI may desire to distribute or make available to others the materials presented by you ("Presentation Materials"), if any. You therefore agree as follows: EPRI may photograph, video record, audio record, and/or webcast the meeting, conference, presentation or other event in which you participate. You hereby grant EPRI and its designees the unrestricted and sublicensable right with respect to your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and performance as embodied in the Presentation to: (a) use, on a non-exclusive basis, in whole or in parts, in its publication(s), presentation(s), and marketing collateral; and (b) reproduce, publish, republish, transmit, broadcast and distribute in electronic and print editions in all languages and in all media of expression throughout the world. EPRI or its designees shall have complete ownership of the Presentation in which you appear, including copyright interests, and you acknowledge that you have no interest, royalty rights or ownership in the Presentation or its copyright. In anticipation of, during and following the Presentation, EPRI may distribute copies of the Presentation Materials to attendees of the Presentation and others, and/or make the Presentation Materials available from an EPRI website, which may be accessible by the general public. You hereby grant EPRI and its designee the unrestricted and sublicensable right with respect to the Presentation Materials to: (a) use, on a non-exclusive basis, either in whole or in parts, in its publication(s) and presentation(s): and (b) reproduce, publish, republish, transmit, and distribute in electronic and print editions in all languages and in all media of expression throughout the world. In connection with the publication, republication, transmission and distribution of Presentation Materials, you understand EPRI will retain the proprietary notice(s) included in the Presentation Materials.
