Craig Kimmel Asbestos Ambient Air Samples Collected at Sherwin Plant (July 1997).
During the month of July there were one-hundred and thirteen (113) asbestos area samples collected at the Sherwin Plant. The samples were collected and analyzed utilizing the NIOSH 7400 Analytical Method.,
Ninety-nine percent (99%) of the samples were <50% of the Reynolds Occupational Exposure Limit (OEL) of 0.1 f/cc. Ninety-six percent (96%) of the samples analyzed were below the detection limit of the NIOSH 7400 Analytical Method. Two (2) of the samples were occluded by the microscopist analyzing the samples. See the attached table for a summary of the information.
