Dr. Robert A. Kehoe, College of Medicine, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
I have noted carefully what you have to say in your letter of December 4, and I regret that you have found it necessary no write me on this point.' The postscript upon my letter of November 28, as you state, is In direct con flict with ray instructions in Question No. AS. The postscript was inadvertently written without proper regard to the use intended for the transcript of testimony. Please file the tranrscript of testimony as requested in Question No. 3, as it is very necessary that it be made as an exhibit with your deposition.
As soon as the deposition is completed have the notary to furnish me with a copy of it accompanied by a statement of her fees for taking and mailing same. You understand `chat I desire that the original agreement be affixed to the deposition? even though the questions may have been rewritten by the notary, and mailed to the Workmen1 s Compensation Board as stated in my letter of November 28.
CRB: C
Yours very sincerely.
