Our records indicate that your company's pro-rata share is 3.45% based on 150 MM VCM and 385 MM PVC 1979 name plate capacity. Stauffer was invoiced for $11,700 which represents 3.9% of the total study cost. This adjustment was necessary because the twenty-one companies committed to the program represent 89% of the estimated total capacity for 1979. I understand that Stauffer's capacity has been reduced due to the recent sale of one of your operations. Since the present funding was based on 1979 capacity, this reduction will not affect your present level of funding.
