Planned for March 20-21 at the Saint Paul Hotel in St. Paul, Minnesota, the meeting has a theme of Getting to Results. ECOS' Spring Meeting would be an ideal venue for you to highlight progress during your tenure as Administrator, and to discuss your vision for future work with the state environmental agencies. ECOS has responded meaningfully to your call for a renewed and more effective state-federal relationship, and we anticipate you have much to share regarding your current work on cooperative federalism, reforms to the Superfund program, and other results and outcomes. ECOS would be honored to have you deliver a keynote on these and other topics at a time of your choosing. ECOS President Todd Parfitt, Director of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, would introduce you. You would speak for approximately 20 minutes, after which there would time for Q&A. This meeting is open to all registrants, including press. The meeting typically draws more than 200 representatives of states, U.S. EPA, other federal agencies, industry, and NGOs. Should you prefer another format for this presentation, we are happy to work with your team to make this event mutually beneficial. ECOS hopes to welcome you to our Spring Meeting.
