|... we got scientific, bringing you news of a draft federal climate science report that directly contradicts Trump administration statements casting doubt on mainstream iclimate science. The report, the latest draft of which was obtained by the New York Times, is currently undergoing White House review before final publication.
The climate science report has already become a political talking point for Democrats. We brought you some initial Democratic reaction to the report, including concerns that the Trump administration will dismiss or suppress the report's conclusions.
And out in West Virginia, Gov. Jim Justice, who recently returned to the Republican party, is suggesting the Trump administration provide a $15 per ton subsidy to utilities (that purchase coal-fired power from the Appalachian region - citing a national security rationale.
