J............. \ i and have plants located in the following states: CMA 174901 ARTICLE III Qualifications for Membership Manufacturers of chemicals, whose principal plants are located in the United States and who are citizens of the United States, whether individuals, firms or partnerships; companies, the majority of whose stock is owned by citizens of the United States, are eligible for membership. Membership shall be obtained upon election by a majority ballot of the members present at any meeting of the Association, after recommendation by the Executive Committee; provided, however, that the Execu tive Committee shall have the power at any time to elect mem bers, if thirty (30) days' written notice has been given to all members of the Association of each candidate to be acted upon, and no objection to such candidate has been received. ARTICLE IV Votes Each member of the Association shall be entitled to one vote only, but all firms or partnership members and company officers shall be entitled to the other privilege., of the Association. ARTICLE V Dues The dues for each member-elect shall consist of an entrance fee of $100.00 and an annual due of $75.00, payable upon receipt of written notice of election. The annual dues for each member shall be $75.00, payable June 1 of each year in advance; provided, however, that the dues of any member elected subsequent to December 1, shall be $37.50 for the remainder of the fiscal year.
