Greenlee on March 20, 1987. He was monitored while stripping approximately 10 feet of Asbestos from a line in the Building 740 basement. He also stripped Asbestos tape from miscellaneous lines in salvage piles near Buildings 771 and 773. He was equipped with an A0R57A Half-face HEPA cartridge respirator, 2 pair of coveralls with headcover, boots and gloves. Mr. Greenlee showered before going home. The exposure monitoring results indicate that the levels were well below the 0.1 fiber/cc Action Level, established by OSHA for an 8-hour workday (TWAg). The low level indicates that the established procedures are adequate and that they were followed closely. Please notify 0. W. Greenlee of his exposure monitoring results as soon as possible.
