I'm writing to see if I can bring our client (BNSF) and AAR in to see you? They would like to pick your brain on a jurisdictional matter with respect to coal dust discharge on a railroad. We are available 9/JUL, 9/11, 9/18, 9/22, 9/25, 9/28, and afternoon of 9/29. Any chance one of those days work for you?
