Because of my opinion about these men I do not believe we should continue to provide the medi c a l support: for their com pensation for persistent occupational illness. I should be quite p r e p a r e d , as I k now y o u are, -to certify that they are ready to return to vork, allowing matt e r s to take their course from there on. * I a m not quite sure whether the handling of these cases from here on out is a matter for.du Pont or Ethyl. However, in either, case I think it would be wise for you to discuss the matter with Mr. Fisher and Mr. Bond, giving them my opinion and expressing your own as you like, dust what is done from there on out will depend on their judgment, but I think that we could scarcely justify efforts to see that they remain on Sfate compensation for a longer period.
