Reviewed Guidelines on Eating in the Field which will be submitted to FMSB after minor changes suggested at this meeting are made. 2. Memo by STOP Survey Recommendations was reviewed. SHAC action required on: 82-1 - Concerned N2 hook up for instrument air which in turn could be used on air-driven tools in a confined space. SHAC will determine what units have such an arrangement and suggest corrective action. 82-9 - Concerned warning signs for areas requiring entry permit. Signs were not up in IDA when inspection was made. These signs are now in place. Other areas in the plant are adequately covered by signs and procedures. 81-6 - Concerned Portable Buildings/Trailers location adjacent to or under process facilities. Survey will be made by safety inspectors and recommendations to correct hazards will be made 3. The last housekeeping inspection schedule and type will be discussed at the next SHAC meeting - November 24. 4. Crows tools connections on process equipment should be approved by department supervision. They should be inspected for good condition, and proper bleed valves installed at utility station. SHAC bulletin will be issued. 5. Adgenda for next meeting: - Review of drawings for eye baths and safety showers. - Sample bottle disposal recoranendation. - Ideas for 1983 Safety Calendar. R. V.
