Brevlously the widow , .M argaret Mary Ptsher. stated th at her hu kband was an j asbestos .worker employer! a t th Cape j Asbestos C om pan y, a t B a rk in g , from 1920, until Novem ber, 1920. H e h a d enjoyed good! health until two years ago. b u t In November had m edical a tte n tio n . Or A u g u st 13th ha Was sent to the V ic to ria P a rk H ospital. and died on October 13th. I D r Pearce. Of th e V ic to ria Park H ospital. said th a t on ndm lsalon deceased com plained | of shortness of breath and losa Of weight ! He was exam ined, and w et found to hare considerable p ulm onary ftbroals. He Improved for a sh o w tim e , and then began to get worse, and died on October 13th, A post-mortem exam ination revealed extensive fibrosis In both lungs, and signa o f apparently obso lete tuberculosia Jn the rig h t lung, which had nothing to do with the cause of death. Death was canned by pulm onary fibrosis.
