ACUTE ORAL TEST
Procedure: The test material, as an aqueous solution (pH ~ 6), was administered by intragastric intu adult ChR-CD male rats in single doses. Survivors were sacrificed 14-21 days later.

Summary: i^rJ_----U1^|is moderately toxic for the male rat when administered orally, its Approximate Leth
450 nig/kg of body weight. This compound appears to cause liver enlargement in rats with single doses
mg/kg. Based on clinical signs, it also acts as a gastrointestinal irritant.
