We have had good success with the method except that overexposures sometimes occur and the person exposed has not filled out his card (the "B" Card) enough to give an idea of the most likely cause(s) of the overexposure. By this letter, I ask that all involved in the program - people being monitored and their super visors- do their best to see that the most likely causes of overexposures are recorded on the dosimetry cards by the person being monitored before he turns in his card.
