This emission occurred on a Satur day with the entire Polyco Plant being down for the weekend. The printouts for the pump area were: 1449 1452 1504 1511 1534 262.07ppm 51.64ppm 63.35ppm 18.25ppm 1.45ppm Paul Godin investigated the alarm printouts very soon after their start and recorded no readings with a Century Unit. He checked the Polyco Supervisor's log book and saw that P217 had it's VCM lines, pulled apart and the pump out. This was recorded as a possible source for the emission.
