Toca Attached are area summaries, summaries of excursions above 1, 5, 25 and 100 ppm VCM and a listing of all excursions observed at or above 100 ppm VCM. Monitoring points RE #9 and #20 remained in special service during this report period. The Plant was in operation seven days for this report period running at about 95% utilization. The following summaries are taken from a tabulation of 25%, of the data or one set of readings per hour. The Reactor Building showed 311 readings excursions P>25 ppm and 7 readings >-100 ppm. 1 ppm, 24 The Pilot Plant showed 235 readings x*1 ppm, 10 excursions ^25 ppm and 1 reading > 100 ppm. The General Area showed 72 readings 25 ppm and no readings ^>`100 ppm. 1 ppm, 1 excursion The Lift Station showed 11 readings 1 ppm, 2 excursions >"25 ppm and no readings 100 ppm. The Parshall Flume showed 58 readings'?'' 100 ppm, 5 excursions >"25 ppm and no readings^ 100 ppm. All readings greater than or equal to 100 ppm are tabulated in Table IV. Twenty seven readings at or above 100 ppm occurred during this report period reflecting thirteen separate incidents. Ten incidents occurred in the Reactor Building affecting the center aisle 1st and 2nd floors, slurry transfer pumps, panelboard, knock ; out pots and the recovery compressor room. Three incidents occurred in the Pilot Plant "E", "F" and "B&C" reactors. There were no incidents in the General Area this report period. A joint effort between Analytical Services and the Safety Department is being made to define the source of these excursions. RAL:ms R.OA.
