D327 was being cleaned for a product change from Copolymer to Homopolymer service and was being "supercleaned." It is believed the manual vent was restricted thus reducing the reactor purge during the initial cleaning steps. DLY/sma D. The high TWA was caused by leaks in the recovered monomer charge lines in upper Bldg. 1 West, After the VCM leaks were detected, the lines were evacuated and all leaks were welded. Also, a maintenance work order was submitted to replace the entire charge header in Bldg. 1 West. This charge header has been welded three times in the past month to repair leaks. DLY/sma D.
