Non-Asbestos K - Spray Ceiling Texture This product has been field tested successfully in both Southern and Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Operating Bulletin J-5507 dated 3/13/75 is being routed for approval. The same casein binder system is used in both K-Spray products. Accounting cost estimate for the non-asbestos K-Spray is $7.53/ton less than cost of asbestos K-Spray. Santa Ana has all necessary equipment to produce non asbestos K-Spray. Your approval is requested to manufacture non-asbestos K-Spray at Santa Ana. This product will replace asbestos K-Spray. 2. Non-Asbestos Cover-Tex Wall Texture This product with a polymeric binder has been successfully field tested in Southern California. Operating Bulletin J-5307 dated 3/31/75 is being routed for approval. Accounting cost estimate for non-asbestos Cover-Tex is $2.96/ton less than cost of asbestos Cover-Tex. Santa Ana has all necessary equipment to produce non-asbestos Cover-Tex. Your approval is requested to manufacture non-asbestos Cover-Tex at Santa Ana. This product will replace asbestos Cover-Tex.
