Len Winchester personally investigated the shipment In ques tion to Plant 4 and we did not knowingly ship any wet asbestos to Plant 4. The storage area from which this particular materia] was taken is and was very dry. Len Winchester has personally reviewed the remainder of the asbestos that is in storage and it is his opinion that this material is in a dry condition and satisfactory for shipment to Plant 4. D. R.
