Mitch Butler informed me that Patrick Davis at EPA may have reached out to you in regards to this issue. Scenic Hudson has long worked with EPA on the Hudson River superfund dean up removing PCBs. USFWS, along with NOAA, is a trustee overseeing the clean up. The trustees and Scenic Hudson, along with local communities and New York State, are concerned with the recent EPA (draft) Five Year Review of the dean up. Ned was hoping to provide you with an update brief on the issue and highlight the major issues in EPA's draft. The dean up of the Hudson River is of great importance to a major population center in the US, so we hope we can get some time on your schedule.
