Sanborn visited the Falcon Resources, Inc. oil and gas facility located near Kilgore, Texas on 03/04/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Falcon Resources, Inc. present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is on the Mayfield-Alford Lease. The state identification number is: RRC No. 08640. Section II - OBSERVATIONS The secondary containment berms were eroded and flat during the inspection. There is a drain valve on the secondary containment but no brine damage observed outside the containment. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There was no secondary containment during the inspection.
