Subject: Authorization - Interior Repairs Due to Wall Leaks
Permit me to acknowledge Mr. George R. Genung fs letter of June 21 transmitting an estimate in the amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1950) to cover the cost of labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the interior repairs due to wall leaks at Williamsburg Houses.
You are hereby authorized to furnish the necessary labor, materials and equipment to complete the necessary repairs due to wall leaks in accordance with the revised estimate dated June 1, 1933, prepared by Mr. R.: E. Hall, Project Engineer, on a force account basis at a cost not to exceed One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1950). A copy of the revised estimate above referred to was handed to Mr. Arthur M. Davis, Superintendent of Maintenance at Williamsburg Houses on June 7, 1933..
Upon completion of this work please submit your certi fied invoice for reimbursement by the United States Housing Authority in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 54* dated January 26, 1938.
