Dear Ms. Crepeau:
During the demolition of the mill building, we have found a relatively small amount of asbestos containing insulation on some large pipe. We pro pose to remove this material as follows:
1) The material will be disposed of at Washington County Landfill.
2) Work to be performed by men who have been trained in asbestos removal and who have had the required physical examinations.
3) Removal foreman has attended an EPA-Georgia Tech Training Seminar.
4) File all required paper work.
5) Meet all requirements of EPA and OSHA and the outlined specifications and contract from U.S.G.
We will wrap the insulation and pipe in 6 mil poly with a warning label and haul it to the landfill. Since we will not be working in an enclosed area, I do not know how effective air monitoring will be. Costs are as follows:

Dear Mr. Talbert:
At your request, I am pleased to assure you that NILF1SK vacuum cleaners, when properly equipped with N1LF1SK exhaust filters, part numbers 017104, 115650 or 115120 on each motor unit, used according to manufacturer's instruction for use, conform to ANSI Z9.2--1971 para. 6.11.1.2 High Efficiency Replaceable Filters. The one exception to this para pertains to maintenance (cost); with a once-per-year replacement factor, our filters are not "high in maintenance" (cost).
When equipped with the above referenced filters and used according to manufacturer's instructions for use, all models conform to appropriate OSHA and EPA asbestos dust control standards.
