AAPCA is a consensus-driven organization representing more than 40 state and local air agencies on technical Clean Air Act issues. Regular attendance and participation by senior U S. The meeting is closed to the press, and on September 19 programming will be limited to federal, state, and local agency personnel and their multijurisdictional organizations (with non-governmental attendees participating in the first two days). AAPCA's 2018 Spring Meeting included participation from more than 150 attendees, including senior officials from nearly 30 state and local air agencies, as well as nearly 20 staff from U S. EPA.
