Dear Mr. Kull:
Thank you for your letter of February 16, 1973. In order that our Cleveland office will be aware of this claim, and its potential, I am sending a copy of your letter to our Cleveland claims manager, Bill Wangler.
We have had Mr.
examined by a specialist whose report we do not have
as yet. However, we understand verbally from our doctor that Mr.
condition is quite serious. Our doctor was to review the Kaiser Hospital records,
review the list of chemicals to which Mr.
had exposure at the plant,
and then tour the plant facilities in order that he will be fully prepared to
submit a written report to us.
Further developments will be reported to you as they occur.
Very truly yours,
