Fovler SUBJECT: CHAMBLEE FEAST - IMPERIAL QT TEXTURE Aa you are well aware we have had some problems recently with the ncn-asbestcs formulas of LCNC and regular vermiculite Imperial QT Textures. Because of this the Chanhlee Plant is now manufacturing and shipping the previous asbestos formulas that worked so veil. Before again shipping non-asbestos formulas, which ve must do as soon as possible principally for ecological reasons, they will be throughly field tested to assure satisfactory performance. In mny instances the non-asbestos LCNC and vermiculite products have performed satisfactorily. Where this is not the case, the fallowing procedure should be followed: 1 . Upon receipt of a complaint the Salesman should investigate and report in the normal earner. 2 . In addition an inventory count of the dealer's stock of the complained on material should be cade and reported in the original complaint. 3. Dais material should be set aside and held for disposition, which will be specified by the Chamblee plant in their complaint answer. Replacement orders hopefully will be placed at this time. Chamblee of course will ship the previous asbestos formulas that worked so well. To assist you in the inventory count of questionable material the dates and codes of the canufacture of this material are shown below.
