Dear Mr. McEvoy:- . Replying to your letter of May 15th, 1923, in reference to the matter of compensation to the nan named beg to say that there are a good many angles to this mooter, and it would be somewhat difficult for me to cover all of them in a letter to you. I note that you expect to fee in Dayton shortly, and I v/ould then line to talk to you about this matter, personally. In the meantime, it seems to me that it might be well to have this man examined by Dr. Brower and Dr. Rehoe, so that we can get a better idea as to what his present physical condition is, and whether he is still suffering from any effects of lead poisoning. The report of Dr. Brower and ^r. Kehoe, I think, would help us very much in determining what, if any, further compensation should be paid to this man. Please advise me 'whether you will authorize me to have this examination made. ' REC-AZ lours very truly, (signed) R. E. Cowden. K 0020996
