Iowa and the Marshalltown Water Works Board of Trustees have hired us to acquire the necessary Right of W'ay for a project wi:hin its Corporate Limits. In the review of the titleholders along the project, we encountered one property ownership shown as Bigelow - Liptak Corporation. This ownership is for Lot 7 of the Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 84 North, Range 17 West of the 5tn P.M., Marshall County, Iowa. It is our understanding that Bigelow - Liptak Corporation was a part of A. P. Green Services. Inc. before it was sold. If this is true, then we need to determine if the real estate was also sold and to whom. The City of Marshalltown, Iowa is proposing to acquire this Lot 7 in its entirety. If in our discussions and upon determination of title, that you do in fact have an interest in and to this Lot 7, The Marshalltown Water Works Board of Trustees will submit an offer of S 100.00 for the entire Lot 7. We nave enclosed a Quitclaim Deed for your review and execution conveying this lot to the City of Marshalltown - Marshalltown Water Works Board of Trustees.
