Break up the white-lead with half the flatting oil (M gallon). Do the same with the whiting. Stir the whiting mixture into the white-lead mixture; Add che drier. The plastic paint Is now ready for application. Easily Applied and Worked Such a plastic paint is easy to apply. It is spread on with a brush. When applied, it can be readily manipulated orworked with a brush, whiskbroom, graining comb, doth or any other means.
