Mr. Moscari indicated that the next step would be for him to discuss issues with Dr. Irons and for him to contact me thereafter. API expressed its willingness to talk anytime to advance the contracting process. * I have called Mr. Moscari last week (twice) and this week (twice). He indicated that we would hear more by June 5. We still do not have any additional feedback from Cinpathogen regarding contract issues. API has been and is still hoping to resolve any and all outstanding contract issues this week. I have since heard from a second-hand source that we may need to reduce the contract amount by $417K to accommodate a related increase in the UCHSC grant. Is that correct? When will we receive an updated budget plan from Cinpathogen? We look forward to hearing from you ASAP.
