Karen: Ryan Hambleton is the new Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fish and Wildlife and Parks. His portfolio is the National Park Service. So he's picking up the topics of the National Historic Preservation Act, Bulletin 38, and Ch'u'itnu Historic District.
Ryan: Karen Bennett of Clark Hill has worked with me and Steve Wackowski (Alaska-DOI) on several complex NPS issues: NHPA, Bulletin 38, and Ch'u'itnu. Also, on Todd Willens
behalf, I spoke at one of her conferences.
