Winslow has been named sales manager for paints and related products at the Chicago Branch; Francis M. Avakian, manager of the paint division of the Cleveland Branch; Felix L. Lanza, trade sales mana ger of the Philadelphia Branch and E. Donald Frazier, trade sales manager, northern district, Pacific Coast Branch, at Seattle, Washington. Mr. Winslow began his career with National Lead Company as a paint salesman at the Boston Branch in 1951- He was appointed trade sales manager at Cleveland in 1955 and manager of the paint division of the branch in 1961. Mr. Winslow is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy and prior to joining National Lead he was with the United States Lines where he received his masters papers in 1944. Mr. Avakian was first employed by National Lead as a paint sales man at the Boston Branch in 1954 and was named trade sales manager at the Philadelphia Branch in 1959* Prior to joining National Lead he was employed by Valspar Corporation. Mr. Lanza joined National Lead in 1953 in the order department of the Atlantic Branch at New York and in 1954 He was made a sales represen tative. Since 1962 he has been trade sales manager of the Cincinnati Branch. Mr. Lanza was graduated from Hobart College and received his M.A. from N12726 0000-NLI-000024718 2Columbia University. Mr. Frazier was first employed by National Lead Company at Seattle in 19^8 and in 1950 became manager of the company's paint store at Everett, Washington. In 1955 be was appointed a sales representative in the Spokane, Washington, area and since 1957 bas been sales manager for the area.
