Sherwin-Williams John Larsen, Jr. has still not received the article involving a Russian medical study of the effects of zinc oxide. I did talk to him a few minutes ago. He said that he was trying to acquire that article frcm the Library of Congress. He gave me this much to identify it: Mogilevskaya, O.Y., "On the Effect of Zinc Powder and Zinc Oxide on the Organism" T. R. Moscov. Pv. Medical Institute 5:27-30 (1959) He had a synopsis of what the article was supposed to contain, and if I under stood him correctly the control group of individuals studied was only 19. I am sending a copy of this letter to Dr. Van Ordstrand so that he might have this information a day or two sooner than if you were to relay it on to him. I would also inquire of Dr. Van Ordstrand if he has heard of an article, "Toxic Metals and Their Analyses" by Dr. Eleanor Berman, published by Heyden, in 1980. That was one of the references given me by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Another was "Industrial Toxicology" by A. Hamilton and H. L.
