Maksimuk observed Mr. Stockman entering and exiting via the front door multiple times. A slight dusty environment was present from possible sanding the drywall. Mr. Stockman took several breaks and sat on the walkway to the home. Maksimuk approached Mr. Stockman and identified himself and explained the purpose of the visit. When asked, Mr. Stockman stated he was working on the interior walls (painting & prep). He stated he was not an RRP Certified Renovator or Certified Firm. Maksimuk explained that this project was regulated by the RRP Rule. He was provided the Small Entity Compliance Guide and the Reno Right brochure.
