I called Russ and indicated tl1at I plan to attend on 6/24, and that I am not comfortable missing part of the meeting on Monday afternoon (I may attend Monday by conference calL and fly out that evening on the red eye, so that I clon'i miss the discussion). l'rn supposed to attend a vvedding in Tahoe on Sunday, or I vvould just fly out to be there on Monday. However if we could start Monday afternoon, it would facilitate getting through a very full agenda. I know it is very difficult for you to get to downtown Washington before 4 PM, so I want to; 1) confirm that you plan to attend in person or will you call-in?, and 2) do you mind if the others start on Monday afternoon and grind through some of the budget and contract issues? We would leave any issues that require a vote or creative thinking until Tuesday. Let me know what you plans are and we will continue to refine the agenda.
