A suggestion was made to reevaluate the'proposed'heat;tracing/ insulation,on the chlorine feed line from S-1301 to R-jl^OO to avoid condensation. 1- . 4t There is no redundancy for confirming the on-line analysis of M2 in C-1510 overhead. It was stated that the set poihtifor shutting down the Thermal Chlorinator will be automatically adjusted to 90% LEL based on this M2.analysis. Concerning a scenario of incorrect on-line M2 analysis, it was commented that safeguards will be in place to avoid the detonation range. Since -/this does not preclude the possibility of a deflagration (after further consideration) redundancy would be desirable. Further consideration is suggested.
