Dear Dr.Kehor: You no doubt have received a letter from Captain Dingman, Medical Officer located at Wright Field. It seems that one of the civilian employees at Wright Field who had on numerous occasions washed his hands in Ethyl Gasoline became ill and Captain Dingman sent him to Dr.E.C. Fischbein, a local physician who I know very well and as you might recall, was called in on some of the early cases with Dr. A.B.Brower. . In talking to Dr.Fischbein the other evening he was very positive that this man had a minor case of tetraethyl lead poisoning. While I doubt this to be true, however, I contacted Captain Dingman today and he would appreciate it very much if it were possible for you to send one of our doctors here to Wright Field to check over this man. Incidentally, since this man's illness, another man in the same department has also complained of having a similar illness. I might suggest that at the time one of your doctors makes this contact, he bring along several specimen jars as Captain Dingman thought it advisable that the excreta of these men be analyzed.
