You state,"I have been in touch with Mr. Richardson, of Shell, to whom I supplied the samples of pure Aroclor components and he reports that "the characteristics of the unknown material in the organo-chloride residues are quite different from any of the chlorinated biphenyls I submitted to him." What "unknown" material are you referring to? Is this the material found in the smog over London, in the air over Hamburg, in the Swedish sea eagles, in the babies' hair, or the pine needles, or what?
