As you and I discussed, we may have difficulty proving that Sherwin-Williams had a right to possess the workers'1 compensation benefits that received while he received long term disability benefits as set forth in paragraphs 16 and 17 of our Complaint. I also enclose Income Tax Returns. He presumably submitted these to the Court as evidence that he has no ability to repay the debt to Sherwin-Williams.
