They don't have much storage space, so they wove material through the facility fairly quickly. The facility they are using was an old milk factory. Their main granulator /washing/drying operation is portable. They take this equipment to all of their recycle centers when they have a full load to process. Once processed, they send the material to the best extrusion application. For our material this would be bottles. The facility we saw produced the bottles used for windshield washer fluid and filled these bottles with the fluid. They also labeled the bottles and then boxed them up for shipment. From our understanding, Plastics Recovery used part of the building and the other part was used by the bottle maker. Plastics Recovery provides the recycled material to the bottle maker. The bottles produced were made from 100% recycled material. The bottles were not crystal clear, they had a brown tint. The end user (Walmart) liked these bottles because they look" like they have been recycled. They also have an opportunity with a cat litter manufacture. However, at the present time do not have the recycled material to meet this need. CTL015623
