I have Just had a conversation with MaryyDatte of the American luiny of Pediatrics. He has informed as that the two symposia to be spansansd by the icadawy will be held in Chicago on Map 10th and 11th at the Conrad Hilton Hotel and also on Jane 2nd and 3rd at the Wilmington Academy of Medicine, Wilmington, Delaware. While the majority of speakers at the too day and a-half sessions will be repeats, there will be a certain insaber of speakers drawn from the local areas. Ilk, therefore, will have to plan to cover both symposia, and to record the questions and answers at each of the sessions. All of the speakers. Including the local participants, have been asked to prepare their papers for publication. It will probably be necessary for LXA to ran a tape recorder and have a stenographer available for both sessions. Perhaps Hill and Knowlton could supply ns with the equipment and a stenographer for the Chicago session. We nay be able to handle the Vilalngton session with our own staff. I will be nesting with Mr. Dale and Dr. Edward McCabe of HEW-BCEM in Chicago on Saturday, March 25th to go wear the agenda and to wake final plans and preparations.
