Attached are the PCB effluent data from Monsanto Company's W. 0. Krummrich plant and the Village of Sauget waste treatment plant which we agreed to send during your plant visit of November 17. These data complement those submitted in Mr, Papageorge's letter of December, 1975, to Region VII, EPA. With this submission you have all the PCB effluent data through October, 1976 in Monsanto's possession.
