Upon motion duly made and seconded the following resolu tion was adopted: RESOLVED, That effective this date and superseding all previous actions on the subject, the purchase of automotive vehicles for Company use be placed under the jurisdiction of the Manufacturing Committee* with au thority to approve directly without reference to the Executive Committee, all replacement purchases where the list price is not more than $2,000.00; all requests for automotive equipment costing in excess of this amount to be referred to the Executive Committee upon endorsement by the Manufacturing Committee; and that a monthly report on all purchases be presented to the Board of Directors at the latest meeting of the Execu tive Committee prior to_tfee regular monthly meeting of the Board. The Committee approved the proposal of the Titanium Divi sion in letter of January 9, 19^8 from Mr. C. F. Garesche, General Manager, that the Company deed to the town of Hewcomb, Hew Tork, the road right-of way beginning at the northwesterly terminus of the town road from the Upper Works Club gate approximately 1-1/2 miles to the trail leading to Lake Henderson. Acting upon the recommendation of the Titanium Division in letter of January 12, 1948 from Mr. C. F.
