We do use airline meek when taking liquid samples. SEC II Page 10 (2) If vessel has been cleared to 1 ppm VC or less, all we require is hard hat, glasses (or visorgogs) and gloves. The only time we would use protective clothing or rubber boots would be when washing down or hydro blasting must be done. Here it's more for protection against water than VC. EEC II (Page lU) SEC III B (5) We permit eating lunches in the loading shacks at both the docks end tank car areas. Historically we hove shown no VCM present while loading is in progress. The principal exposure potential is during hook-up end disconnect. Normally the first U cars come off before lunch time and cars are ready to switch out. The loading area is not regulated unless actual loading is in progress, so we have a real gray area.
