They specifically approved our recommended course of action on the program timetable as follows: (1) That we defer action on the $126, 000 capital program which depends upon EPA accepting our requested equivalencies until such time as a decision is received from EPA. We will then determine the approach to take with EPA if this course gives us problems in meeting compliance deadlines. (2) We may us'Part 1 funds on Part 2 items if necessary in order to stay on schedule pending submission of a Part 2 request in early August. This is project B-2028. > (3) We should take the time and money to develop a recom mendation on the need for back-up or redundant controls and for control equipment which has low cost effectiveness relative to vinyl emissions. They do agree that we should proceed with the work on these programs while we are developing a recommendation. Please plan your program for the next few months accordingly.
