Initial three 3 trailers will be sampled at the loading silo and tested at BPC Laboratory Raritan NJ Unloading and use of these trailers will be authorized only upon acceptable microbial and analytical testing results B. Subsequent trailers will be sampled at the vendor loading site for testing at Raritan by the BPC Laboratory These trailers may be emptied into silos designated 1 2 or 3 for impounding The entire silo will be held until satisfactory test results are obtained for all trailer quantities contained therein NOTE Each trailer will contain a unique sequential by BPC Central Quality Assurance lot number as designated RELEASE CRITERIA Upon conformance to the raw material Central Quality Assurance will issue and received at ESDP specification testing a written release for requirements BPC each trailer loaded Releases will be based upon conformance to analytical testing and to a four day microbial test UNLOADING DOCUMENTATION All trailers received at ESDP will be identified on the Italian Talc Sheet A copy of each completed log will be sent to Central Quality BPC Raritan NJ Attention Mr. L.
