Enclosed is the EPA RCRA Inspection Report that indicates deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the inspection. A copy of this report has been forwarded to the TDEC for follow-up and further evaluation in accordance the 2003 Hazardous Waste Civil Enforcement Response Policy.
