It was nice to speak with you guys yesterday. Can you send me the updated schedule? If you can attach a document or copy in the body that would be great because I can't open the cloud attachment.
A couple things:
1) I need to reschedule two tours due to the additions listed below. I want to confirm there are no conflicts before rescheduling.
2) For the lunches and dinners, I envision the Pruitts and one or two staff members. What are your thoughts?
3) Will you arrange transportation to and from all these events or should I handle?

We look forward to talking to you in about an hour. I have attached a new EPA Notional Itinerary for our phone call. There are several adjustments to this calendar. As the Administrator has been asked to testify before Congress, he and his delegation will be arriving one day later. This means we will be taking all the CONI and Nettuno Baseball events off the calendar.
We will walk you through the other changes on our call.
